“OMNY Is the Future”: NYC Transit President Visits Flushing for MTA Transit Talk

The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) recently held a "Transit Talk" event at the Flushing-Main Street subway station in Queens. NYC Transit President Demetrius Crichlow led the outreach, engaging with local riders to promote the OMNY contactless fare payment system and answer common questions about subway and bus services. On-site customer service agents were also available to assist with MetroCard-to-OMNY balance transfers.
